Starting this Saturday, December 9th at our wellness center nestled inside of ADAPT in North Miami for a full or Half Day of nurturing, self-care, creativity and community from 11:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
This day is more than just an event; it's an opportunity to step away from the routine reconnect with your inner self and find your community in a space that celebrates holistic wellness.
Whether you're joining us for the entire day the sound bath the potluck or just the vision board class we promise an experience filled with love light and transformative energy.

Full Day Event 11:30 am-6:30 pm
11:30 am- 12:30 pm Sound Bath
1:00 - 2 pm PotLuck

Begin with a Sound Bath Meditation at 11:30 am to align and rejuvenate your spirit setting a harmonious tone for the day. (We provide Everything)
Potluck at 1 PM:
For those who prefer a social start you're welcome to join our **community potluck** at 1 PM. It's a perfect opportunity to share delicious food stories and connect with others on their wellness journey. (Bring something to share- have a toaster oven, fridge microwave hot water)

Class at 2 PM:
If you're interested in deepening your understanding to goal setting & manifestation our enlightening class by Sheri Kaplan begins at 2 PM on manifesting goals creating your vision and using the bagua for designing your board followed by the **Vision Board Workshop. This is where you can visually manifest your dreams and set intentions for your path forward. All Supplies Provided.
