Step into a beautiful afternoon of creation, clarity, and connection at Spa Castle. This experience is designed to help you intentionally visualize your dreams, align with your purpose, and ground your energy as you step into the new season with direction and confidence.

Together, we’ll craft vision boards infused with intention, love, and deep belief in what’s possible for us, guided by Sheila Genao. Through supportive prompts and intentional reflection, Sheila will lead you through the process of getting clear on what you’re calling in—whether it’s related to personal growth, career, healing, relationships, travel, abundance, or spiritual alignment.

After we complete our vision boards, we’ll seal the experience with a powerful sound bath meditation led by @soundsdelalma, allowing your nervous system to soften while your mind, body, and spirit align with the vision you created. This sound journey will support you in grounding your intentions and leaving with a renewed sense of peace, motivation, and energetic alignment.

✔ A journal + pen
✔ Comfortable clothing (especially for the sound bath portion)
✔ Your vision board base (poster board, cardboard, notebook board, etc.)
✔ Images for your board (printouts, photos, magazine clippings)
✔ Quotes / affirmations, stickers, and any personal decorations you’d like to add
✔ Scissors (recommended)

✨ We will have glue available, plus some stickers and decorations, but bringing your own items is highly encouraged so your board feels personal and aligned.

• Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
• Sound bath is not recommended for individuals with pacemakers or severe sound sensitivity.
• This is a wellness experience and not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.
• Your ticket covers access to the class only and does not include Spa Castle amenities.
  If you’d like to stay after and enjoy a spa day, a 30% discount will be provided for participants.

Sheila Genao is a Zumba instructor and wellness facilitator who is passionate about helping others reconnect with their goals and purpose. She’ll guide the vision board portion with intention, clarity, and inspiration.

Laura Beltré is the founder of Sounds del Alma, creating sound bath experiences that support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and energetic alignment through vibrational sound meditation.
