If you’re feeling a bit stuck, heavy, or unsure of your direction, this 3-hour workshop offers a gentle reset for your mind, body, and energy - a beautiful way to start the new year with clarity and intention.
I’ve been guided to offer this workshop in a shorter, more accessible format, knowing that many people are ready for this work but may not be able to commit to a full day or higher cost.
This is a calm, soul-led space where you can step out of the noise, reconnect with yourself, and create a vision for your next chapter without pressure or overwhelm.
