About this Event
If you are an artist or singer seeking commercial success, you are invited to bring your vision and your plan to our weekly Artist's Vision & Plan Circle. It is held every Monday from 7-9pm at a comfortable location in Caldwell and is a fantastic way to strengthen your vision, your plan, and your friendships with other artists! Limited to 8 people. Registration required!
HOW TO PREPARE AND WHAT TO BRING:
You should prepare to share your general vision & plan as efficiently as possible so that we can have plenty of time to offer you valuable general feedback and suggestions. If you have a specific concern; you should, instead, prepare to share only what is essential for us to know so that we can devote maximum time to helping you with your specific concern in a more focused way. We genuinely want to help you thrive!
Additional Notes: If you want us to SEE something, please bring it in printed form or via your tablet/laptop (note that public WiFi is not available). If you want us to HEAR something, please bring it as either a standard (16bit) WAV file or MP3 file on a standard USB memory stick (USB thumb drive). Alternatively, you can bring your own battery powered audio player as long as it has a standard 1/8" or 1/4" headphone output so that we can connect it to our audio system. Also, we do have a CD player and cassette player if you prefer old school media. PLEASE DO *NOT* BRING ANY INSTRUMENTS!
CIRCLE AGENDA:
This event will begin with an extremely brief explanation of how the event will flow. Then 120 minutes will be divided by the number of artists present and that number of minutes will be the amount of time that each artist has to present their current priority concern/s and receive feedback from myself and other artists. Since there will never be more than 8 people (and very often less) in a circle, the minimum amount of time per artist will be 15 minutes. This is plenty of time to address your priority and you will also learn from others' concerns. Any remaining time will be used for general Q&A and socializing!
SPECIAL NOTES:
This event is designed for Artists and Singers who are serious about their career and are wanting extremely candid and genuinely valuable feedback & suggestions. If you don't want to receive (and offer) truth; this is not the event for you. That said, you do NOT have to bring a vision and/or plan to participate!
