This workshop blends: Creative vision board creation, guided journaling and intentional planning, A mixed media experience—paint, draw, collage, layer, and decorate, A gentle yoga & meditation session to ground your intentions, Tea time with treats, A celebratory Prosecco or kombucha toast.
