Tam and Humboldt Fog, they're all known for their signature texture and flavor profile. We'll also explore other soft styles. Come find out how the cheesemaking and affinage process affect flavor, and what makes one distinguishable from the next. We'll explore 7 different cheeses, made from a variety of milk types and sourced from across the globe. The tasting will be accompanied by olives and Easy Tiger bread. We'll also include a number of additional pairings like chutneys and jam depending on that evening's cheese selection.
