About this Event
Unreal Engine, known for its powerful capabilities in game development, is also a robust tool for VR storytelling, offering a range of features that enhance both the creation process and the end-user experience.
This workshop will equip learners with an overview of the current Virtual Reality ecosystem, the new and exciting tools and workflows, understanding the opportunities of spherical storytelling and interactivity, the roles the viewer can take in stories and the challenges this storytelling format presents. Explore the foundational theory and best practice of designing interactive VR experiences using Unreal Engine 5.4.
Using project-based learning, participants will ideate, conceptualize, and create their own VR project using the UE template and game mechanics, trigger animations and sequences, and optimize and test to bring their ideas to life. By leveraging the powerful tools and features of Unreal Engine, you can create compelling and immersive VR storytelling experiences that captivate and engage your audience in new and exciting ways.
