Whatever your fitness level, Yoga for Pregnancy is a great way to relax and spend time with your unborn baby. Learn breathing techniques, practise birthing poses and connect with your changing body. You’ll meet other mums and get plenty of practical tips – and you’ll feel more positive and relaxed about birth, too.
Postnatal yoga is wonderful time to spend just for yourself, to let go of the day and focus on fully relaxing your body through breathing and movement as well as slowly building the strength in your body, working on your core and pelvic floor.
Marrying both antenatal and postnatal yoga in one course I am hoping to create the village mums so clearly need when pregnant and in the early postnatal month. More so in this covid times.
