Check out this special edition of our monthly SCI peer group! We will be joined virtually by Kelsey Peterson. She will lead us in yoga, dances, and ways to care for yourself through movement for every BODY (no matter how much or how little you can move)! It'll be fun, therapeutic, and educational!
The meeting will take place from 3-5 pm either online via Zoom or in person at the Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Center Board Room. Our meetings are informal and a great way to learn from others with spinal cord injuries.
