Program starts February 8, meeting for 5 consecutive Tuesdays virtually. Together we will learn plant based cooking to optimize your health.
With the support of a coach and community, learn to choose the foods your body needs to function at its best and create habits for a healthy life! Together we will optimize health, support immune function, reduce COVID risk with Whole Foods Plant Based eating. Special Demo and Q&A with Ann & Jane Esselstyn!
