This primer is geared for litigators who want to learn how appellate issues can arise during, and affect the course of a litigation, whether at the interlocutory or final stage. Besides basics such as how and when to take and perfect an appeal, it will cover important concepts such as jurisdiction, appealability, reviewability, preservation and waiver.
