It is Official - we are less than 1-week away from all meeting up at Ruff Canine Club. See below for details:1. Entry will be $10/dog paid to Kristen. We have to cover the fee for the private rental of the dog park and any funds received beyond that will be donated to Helpaws directly. Entry Fee can be paid with Cash or Venmo at the event.
2. Register your dog with Ruff by Wednesday, 10/1 to make sure you are all squared away with Ruff prior to the event date. Tips for how to do this will be a post on this event page. You can also reach out to Kristen if assistance is needed. The website (https://www.ruffcanineclub.com/) can be a little clunky at times.
3. Bring additional cash or have your venmo handy if you would like to enter our raffle (still working out the details) or enter the Cover pup contest that has been opened to all.
4. 2025 Annual Group Photo to occur at 10:45AM so please plan to be in attendance then to be included.
5. No one ever has enough photos of themselves with their dogs so we will try to set up a photo booth situation (volunteering Lawson here) with all donation proceeds benefiting Helpaws.
6. Fresh back from Canada, Swag Orders can be picked up at the event!!
7. Entry Fee gets you into the 2-hour long party and you can stay at Ruff as long as you would like once the private party ends and is open to all.

If you have not been to Ruff Canine Club since their ownership changed on August 1st, please reach out and we can walk you through the process. Don't forget to double check that all dogs vaccine records are up to date in advance!
