Meet at the Dog Park Kiosk to walk the Sandy Beach and Princess Anne Trails.Lots will be happening in the natural world as summer winds down! Fall migration will begin for the birds, pollinators will be searching for late blooming flowers, and we’ll see what is happening on the river as summer comes to a close. We’ll walk about a mile on these flat trails through the woods and by the Rivanna River.

Children MUST be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. Please wear appropriate hiking attire, good walking shoes, no flip-flops and no crocs! Please bring a full water bottle and a snack.
