Sunday July 14th, 2024 at Mount Trashmore we will host a 5K, 1 Mile Family Run, and a 1K Fun Run!! ALL with Inflatable options!
Frogman's Party Rentals presents the Virginia Beach "Dash for Cash" at Mount Trashmore. Join us as we raise funds for the Virginia Beach Education Foundation (VBEF) which directly supports Teachers and the Virginia Beach City Schools.

The Virginia Beach Education Foundation raises private sector support to fund innovative and creative learning projects for the students of Virginia Beach City Public Schools and rewards educational excellence.
The 5K will be timed, and all the Runs will have an Optional Inflatable Section. There will be a Vendor Village with Pop Up Vendors, Food Trucks, and additional Inflatables for the community and families to have fun on.
