What is Vipassana?
Vipassana, meaning “clear seeing” or “insight,” is one of the oldest and most revered forms of Buddhist meditation. The practice cultivates deep awareness by observing the breath, bodily sensations, and mental patterns—without judgment or reaction.
In this space of stillness, we begin to see clearly how the mind works, how suffering arises, and how we can live in greater harmony with ourselves and the world around us.
What to Expect During the Retreat
This is a non-residential, donation-based retreat designed for our local community. Participants will return home each evening and return each morning for the full schedule.
All we ask is your full commitment to attend all three days and to honor the practice of noble silence throughout the weekend.
