The VIP upgrades do not include a concert ticket. You must also purchase a concert ticket.
Debbie will be happy to autograph 2 outside memorabilia items and a camera selfie will be allowed at the Meet & Greet. Please be considerate of other attendees and have your camera/phone ready.
