The two VIP upgrades (VIP Package & VIP Side Stage Experience) include:

Both VIP upgrades DO NOT include a concert ticket - you must also purchase a concert ticket separately.
The VIP Side Stage Experience also includes no more than 10 fans with up close and personal access in the wings or onstage (at venue discretion) and a guaranteed onstage moment with Debbie Gibson!
