Join us at Wobbly Bobby on Thursday, July 25th, from 5-9 PM, for another evening of fabulous whiskey and scrumptious food pairings catered by From Scratch.
The theme of this tasting is Rye Whiskey that can be purchased locally or enjoyed around the Black Hills this summer--George Dickel, 12-Year Pendleton Rye, Redemption, and others that may not be as common, such as Kentucky Owl Wiseman. Our VIP ticket holders will begin their private tasting at 5:00 PM with a 1 oz. pour of Sazerac Rye and buffalo short rob crostinis, as well as a cocktail lesson from the fabulous Wobbly Bobby bartenders on the classic Manhattan and Old Fashioned while sipping on a Buffalo Trace cocktail of their choice. The general tasting begins at 6:00 PM and includes 1 oz. pours of six ryes, each paired perfectly with From Scratch's delectable bites, then wrap up the evening with a second Buffalo Trace cocktail of choice. Here is a teaser to excite your tastebuds: bourbon trail mix, smoked gouda stuffed mushrooms, and chocolate mousse with bourbon caramel. Yum! We can't wait to share this delightful evening with everyone!
