This Distinguished Straight Bourbon Whiskey is produced from 100% New York State grains, with a high corn mash bill of 80% corn and 20% rye & barley. Aged in new small capacity charred oak barrels, this graceful and delicate bourbon has strong palette notes of vanilla and creme brulee and finishes with subtle notes of caramel and butterscotch.
