World-renowned Turkish Chef – celebrated on Netflix’s Chef’s Table and widely considered one of the foremost experts on the diverse regional cuisines of Turkey – will bring his flavorful artistry to CIA at Copia’s Napa restaurant, The Grove, for an exclusive pop-up dinner.
This year’s Worlds of Flavor celebrates the culinary traditions and culture of the Mediterranean; a region where centuries of trade, migration, and innovation have created one of the richest food legacies in the world. Chef Musa’s dinner perfectly embodies this spirit of exchange and discovery of Turkish cuisine.
Your VIP pass will include:
- A day pass to the , themed Roots of Culture, Seas of Discovery: Mediterranean Culinary Tradition, Exchange, and Innovation in the 21st Century
- A four-course dinner inspired by his acclaimed Istanbul restaurant, Çiya Sofrası (with Musa personally involved in menu design and preparation)
