ABOUT THE MEDITATIONThe Violet Flame is an amazing tool for transformation. Once evoked, it has the ability to protect, assist, cleanse, clear, soothe, transmute and heal.
Once we have done our breathing and relaxing, we will evoke the violet flame, merge with it and allow it to do all the healing it needs to do within our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.
The Sounds of the Gongs will take you to a deeper space and integrate the connection into all levels of your being.
We will end by blazing the violet flame across the Earth by doing a healing for Gaia, Mother Earth.
