About this Event
Our Vinyasa classes allow you to discover an empowering & dynamic yoga practice that connects your breath to movement in creative & meditative sequences.
From guided meditation to gradual movement this will let you leave the room feeling empowered, strong and fulfilled.
Our classes are led by Beth an experienced Yoga teacher. Her classes honour the intrinsic wisdom of our bodies and allow participants to build strength and flexibility from a secure place.
She hopes to offer a space of discovery through movement, where the mind can strengthen and extend as much as the body.
Our classes will be held on Wednesdays, 5.45-6.45PM on the following dates:
- 5th November
- 19th November
- 17th December
All equipment will be provided - Mats, Blocks & Straps - but you can also feel free to bring your own.
Our Ticketing
We use a sliding-scale ticket system to make our workshops accessible to as many people as possible. There are three price options — Concession, Standard, and Community Love.
You’re invited to choose the tier that best reflects your circumstances. Paying at the higher tier helps us offer reduced-rate spaces for those who need them, while every ticket directly supports our work and the people who make these events happen.

For anyone on a lower income or facing financial barriers. Please choose this rate if it would make it easier for you to join.
Standard
The regular ticket price that covers your place and helps keep our workshops running sustainably.
Community Love Ticket
This ticket is for those who are able to pay a little more — this tier helps us offer concession & free spaces and keep our events accessible to everyone.
