About this Event
Enjoy these longer summer days with energizing vinyasa yoga practices in Beatrixpark, brought to you by navayoga.io. We'll get together monthly on Saturday mornings through summer, kicking off on the longest day of the year, summer solstice! Expect to move mindfully with the breath, build strength and mobility, and connect with like-minded people. This practice is open to all levels, with options for gentler modifications or more challenging variations.
Meet us at the downward-facing dog statue 15 minutes before the 9:30 class starts. Bring your own mat or rent one for a small fee.
Meet Your Host
Hello! I’m Raisa, a RYT-500 yoga teacher in Amsterdam and a corporate creative at Google who deeply values inclusion, belonging, and wellbeing in and out of the workplace. On the mat, I empower students to work through the challenges of the mind, body, and their deep interconnections. At the office, I design accessible digital experiences and advocate for disability inclusion and underrepresented groups.
I teach and practice ashtanga, vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga in various studios, and look forward to sharing more outdoor practices this summer. I also specialize in prenatal and postnatal yoga with limited availability for private clients (send a message if this could be you!)
Occasionally I host autumn retreats and winter workshops in Nerja, Spain. Check it out at www.navayoga.io and reach out if you'd like to be the first one to know about future dates!
