About this Event
Experience deep meditation, energy restoration, theta brain wave state, nervous system down-regulation, deep parasympathetic rest.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Participates begin with pranayama and conscious breath control, connecting with self and gaining mindful awareness of one's own body and energetic flow. Participates are guided in breathing techniques and visualization exercises.
Participates follow into vinyasa yoga asanas that are restorative and gentle on the body, while facilitating deeper awareness, brings inquiry, and meditation.
Finally, participants lay in a comfortable position on the floor (savasana), while I play the crystal and Tibetan bowls, and tuning forks.
** Please bring anything that you may need to feel comfortable on the floor in silence for the two hours. Blankets, pillows, bolsters, eye coverings, yoga mats, etc. are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and please be hydrated. Masks are strongly encouraged. We will have windows open for better air flow
