What can I expect?
A Hatha / Vinyasa yoga class suitable for all levels designed to cultivate strength and flexibility in body, mind and spirit. This class is fairly physical (you may break a little sweat!)with the focus on connecting breath with movement.
Modifications are offered throughout so you can work within your ability or experiment outside your comfort zone should you choose to!
Expect sun salutations, classic postures, stretches, twists, folds, strength and core strength work and balances. Suitable for all levels including enthusiastic beginners.
Our venue is Chatham Maritie Watersports Centre (close to Dockside and St Mary's Island) with free onsite parking, toilets, a coffee shop and beautiful waterside views.
