Join Brooklyn Milner, RYT-200 and licensed therapist, for a creative Vinyasa flow infused with yoga dharma to challenge your mind & body.
In this energizing class you'll move dynamically from one posture to another, linking your breath with each movement. This continuous flow of movement and breath generates a moving meditation, encouraging you to get out of your busy mind and focus on experiencing the present moment. This class is designed to energize and ground the body & mind through a set of intuitive and dynamic sequences that aim to create harmony, strength, and balance.
This class is perfect for students of all levels. Beginners will be encouraged to pace themselves, with options and variations always available to increase or decrease the intensity. Explanations of poses and movements will ensure that your practice is based on a solid foundation so you can create positive habits and advance with confidence.

The space is tricky to find, please give yourself time to arrive! Parking garage located on Mid Atlantic Wharf or street parking available (free after 6 PM!)
