This All-Levels Vinyasa class will focus on breath and movements connected to them. Students will be encouraged to embrace life as it is given. Slower flows to establish a connection to time, space and self. Quicker flows to energize and awaken the body while being supported by the breath. There will be time for rest, time to hold poses, and time to just breathe.
