For curious beginners- we are offering some 101 Classes in March!Each 60-minute session will give an overview of the featured class (either Barre, Yoga or Strength). We'll breakdown some of the basic moves to allow you to go slow, ask questions, and be able to experience the class and what it's like.
This can be a really nice way to lessen any fears or intimidation of walking into a studio to take a class that you have never tried before. Let us walk you through it! :)
March 18th is Vinyasa Yoga:
Vinyasa Flow moves at moderate pace syncing the poses with breath to active the body, but then takes the time to cool down and stretch towards the end, too.
It’s a perfect opportunity to play on your mat! We cover all the essentials: breath connection, body alignment and relaxation to allow you to feel present, calm and strong in your body.
