This course works to prioritize connection to breath and mindfulness of sensation in the body as we move through various vinyasa sequences and deep stretches. Linking conscious breath with movement, we’ll calm the anxious mind and activate the parasympathetic nervous system to feel more grounded, centered, and spacious in the body.There are no prerequisites to take this course! Modifications will be offered to make this class accessible to those with varying degrees of flexibility/experience. This is a 9-week course with no meeting the week of Thanksgiving.
