About this Event
This class is in honor of the Autum Equinox and a collaboration with Meditative Vibes and Dana Damara Evolution! The class includes wireless headphone technology, providing a unique experience for attendees, leaving behind outside distractions, and bringing the energy to the next level.
Bringing our community back togehter again with connection, hope, and optimism! The class is accessible by every body and is physically grounding, mentally energizing, emotionally balancing, and spiritually awakening; show up and be prepared to disconnect to reconnect with our headphone technology!
COME as early as 500pm and meet some of your local vendors!

SUNSET is at 6:45pm
Movements are steady and deliberate, and will bring about strength, flexibility, and focus while expanding the heart. Every class is different but follows the same template: meditation, breathwork, sun salutations, standing poses, balancing poses, deep holds, back bends and eventually – the long awaited Savasana. (We may toss in a few dance moves too … given the vibe!)
Please bring your mat, block, strap, and any props you may need. I come with a plan but always allow intuition to guide me - come vibe with us!
