Join Sarah for a special, 9-session, vinyasa-style class meeting this fall. Meeting 3 weeks each in September, October and November, participants are invited to arrive with their curiosity and their yoga mat in tow - ready to ponder new concepts, flow in creative ways, and explore both familiar and (perhaps) some new-to-you asanas. Classes will build on each other in a 3 week cycle (weeks 1,2,3, weeks 4,5,6, and weeks 7,8,9), so participants are encouraged to sign up accordingly, although it will be possible to sign up for single sessions as well. All levels are welcome and variations and modifications will be offered throughout. Some prior yoga experience may be helpful.Class times: Thursdays at 7 pm
Class dates: September 11, 18, 25. October 9, 16, 23. November 6, 13, 20.
