vinyasa yoga with Rada
Join me for a 60-minute vinyasa yoga practice at the lululemon store in Zurich. Each flow seamlessly integrates elements of vinyasa and yoga therapy, making it ideal for those seeking to combine breath awareness with mindful movements… with a smile on their face.
This yoga series is held in English. No experience with yoga is required. All are welcome.
Investment
Feel the positive flow of giving and receiving. A minimum contribution of CHF 10 per participant is set. Yet, you can follow the below recommendation:
- CHF 20 for AHV/students
- CHF 30 otherwise

If life happens and you cannot attend, please sign-out 24 hours in advance to allow another person to join. Thank you :)
