Om Swastiastu, lovely people ,Welcome to my yoga class, a space dedicated to nurturing both your body and mind. Together, we'll explore a harmonious flow of asanas, paired with proper breathing techniques, designed to ground you in the present moment.
This beginner-friendly class runs for about 80–90 minutes, offering ample time to guide you through each pose and technique at a gentle pace. Through mindful movements led by your breath, this practice will deepen the connection between your mind, body, and soul.
We'll conclude with a calming shavasana, allowing you to fully relax, let go, and integrate the benefits of your practice. Whether you're here to find inner peace, build strength, or enhance flexibility, this is your time to reconnect, recharge, and rediscover your inner balance.
