This in-person course is suitable for those trying yoga for the first time or for those who are coming back to a yoga Practice after a break.Lisa will introduce students to the fundamental postures, safe alignment, breathing practices, and relaxation techniques. These elements will gradually be combined and built into flowing sequences to improve strength, develop flexibility and bring calm to the mind.
It will provide students with a strong foundation upon which to build a regular yoga practice. You will learn in a supportive environment at a comfortable pace in our beautiful studio.
