Join a friendly group of women with a hearing loss to learn, laugh and relax!

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Ladybrook Community Centre, Ladybrook Lane, Mansfield, NG18 5JJ
A Vinyasa flow yoga class with Molly, a deafblind yoga teacher.
This class will be a flowing style of yoga for all levels of ability. The class will include movement, stability, strength, balance, peace and calm.
Please wear comfortable clothes you can move easily in, including a warm layer and cosy socks for relaxation at the end of class.
Yoga mats will be provided.
All sessions will have Live Captions and BSL Interpreters
Deafinitely Women Staff and Volunteers will be there on the day
