About the facilitator :
I’m Sanchika, a Vinyasa Flow, Breathwork, and Yoga Nidra teacher with over seven years of personal practice and a year of teaching experience. My yoga journey has been one of self-discovery, balance, and connection, and it brings me so much joy to guide others along their own paths.
My Vinyasa flows are designed to be creative, accessible, and grounding. I love helping my students find space in their bodies, deepen their breath, and embrace inner stillness. My classes often feel like a moving meditation, as we connect breath with movement in a way that feels natural and intuitive.
To make the practice even more immersive, I weave in pranayama, the gentle sounds of Koshi Chimes, and the calming essence of aromatherapy. These elements add layers of relaxation and healing, creating a space where my students can feel safe, supported, and rejuvenated.
After six beautiful years away from home in Amsterdam, I’ve decided to return to my roots, to be closer to family, friends, and sunshine. I’m excited to bring my passion for yoga to a new community and share this practice that has been such a meaningful part of my lifeDiscover a yoga journey that harmonizes movement, sound and scent. To deepen your relaxation we will weave in the healing power of aromatherapy. Subtle handpicked scents fill the space calming your nervous system and enhancing your connection to inner stillness. Together, the flowing sequences, melodic chimes and aromatic notes create a meditative rhythm—a space where you can let go, breathe deeply and rediscover your balance.
