Vinyasa Flow + Sound Healing on South Congress

Join Adam as he visits from Bali for a one hour Flow + Sound class at Aviator Nation Austin on September 20th from 9-10am. This will be an all levels vinyasa style yoga class with a sound bath for savasana. After, hang out and shop or grab a bite to eat on Soco with whoever wants to join. Please bring a mat and arrive 5-10 minutes before class.
