About this Event
Experience Lakeshore Sport & Fitness' vinyasa-inspired class of “breath connected movement” with an athletic approach. This class is a challenging practice that emphasizes breath, core strength, and concentration!
This class will take place outdoors lakeside on The Lakefront Green at Theater on the Lake (the spacious, waterfront field located south of the circle drive) and will include Skyline Views. There is limited shading and it's suggested to bring a water bottle and towel. PLEASE NOTE: it is required to bring your own mat.
This class is part of Lincoln Park Health and Wellness Weekend.
