About this Event
Jana fell in love with yoga when she moved to San Diego in 2017, grateful to discover a physical practice where she was able to cultivate both strength and ease. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Lauren Rudick at the Yoga International school in Nicaragua and has been teaching since.Jana teaches a balanced flow with a focus on alignment, breath, and grounding. She is passionate about creating a space where students can be in more intimate, compassionate, and curious contact with their mind, body, and spirit. Janas intention in teaching is for students to leave her classes feeling more open-hearted, inspired, and connected with their authentic self.
