Hi, All! Drift comes from the idea that life is full of movement — shifting seasons, shifting roles, shifting spaces. We’re all “drifting” in some way, and this practice offers a steady place to land, even if the studio itself moves from time to time. 😄 For now, we will be practicing in a rented space right here in Nichada. I’ll let you know if a more permanent option arises.
This is a recurring Wednesday evening classes designed for teachers (but open to all) that will begin just after 4PM (4:10 so that the MYIS crew can join).
Pricing:
• Drop-in: 250 THB
• First class: FREE
• 5-class pass: 900 THB
• 10-class pass: 1,600 THB
Educator Discount:
Because so many of you are teachers and school staff, I’m offering discounted class passes as a small thank-you for the work you do.
• Teacher 5-class pass: 800 THB
• Teacher 10-class pass: 1,400 THB
Notes:
• Please bring your own mat.
• I’ll provide a few blocks, straps, and bolsters.
• Everyone needs to sign the evergreen waiver before their first class.
About my teaching:
I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, and I teach a vinyasa flow style — which means we move through poses in a smooth, connected way, linking breath to movement. It’s steady, strength-building, and adaptable for all levels. My focus is real-life wellness, not performance.
