About this Event
Prepare to sweat as you challenge yourself mentally and physically!
Connect to your breath during this dynamic and heated flow, and expect a flowing yoga asana, combined with functional strength and conditioning. Followed by deep relaxation through yin yoga as you settle into long, grounding poses and arrive into deep stillness.
We blend insight teachings from science and spirituality to overcome your body, and mind.
- Arrive at 5:50pm
- Class begins at 6:00pm
- Class finishes at 7:00pm
- Tea available before and after
