anmars musikalske universer (singer songwriter, alternativ pop) emmer af en porøsitet, der understøttes af ærlige fortællinger om det at være et sansende menneske, som til tider må afstå fra livets turbulens for i stedet at søge indad og opdage de skatte, der måske gemmer sig i krogene af den næste følelse. Bag soloprojektet gemmer sig musikeren Anne Marie Roel Messerschmidt, som i sommeren 2023 udgav sin debut-EP this magical place og siden har spillet en række koncerter. I foråret 2024 var hun nomineret til Årets Katapult (Folk og Fæstival).
Til februar gæster hun Metronomen og lader sine stærke sange tage nye former, når hun stiller med et akustisk ensemble bestående af Nanna Nørgaard (kor), Annette Kruse Scharling (kor/cello), Elvira Jacobsen (kor/bratsch), Anders Pilgaard Grishauge (piano) og Niels Haugaard Madsen (bas/trommer).

anmar's musical universe (singer-songwriter, alternative pop) exudes a delicate sensitivity, supported by honest storytelling about the experience of being a perceptive human, who sometimes must withdraw from life’s turbulence to look inward and discover the treasures that might lie in the hidden corners of the next emotion.
Behind the solo project is musician Anne Marie Roel Messerschmidt, who released her debut EP This Magical Place in the summer of 2023 and has since played a series of concerts. In the spring of 2024, she was nominated for the Katapult Award (Folk og Fæstival).
In February, she will perform at Metronomen, bringing her powerful songs to new life with an acoustic ensemble featuring Nanna Nørgaard (vocals), Annette Kruse Scharling (vocals/cello), Elvira Jacobsen (vocals/viola), Anders Pilgaard Grishauge (piano), and Niels Haugaard Madsen (bass/drums).
