About this Event

Learn how to stack and decorate this Vintage (i.e., Lambeth-style) Winter Wonderland cake. It is the perfect centerpiece for your next celebration and is sure to impress!

No experience is required!! We will guide you through the entire process, providing tips and tricks to achieve a professional-looking cake. Get all of your questions answered in this relaxed and supportive environment.

What You Will Learn:

  • How to stack and crumb coat a cake
  • How to achieve a smooth frosting finish
  • Preparing and filling a piping bag
  • Using various piping tips to create vintage frills, rosettes, dots, and piped shell borders

More Information:

  • Each ticket is for one person and you will leave with one 6″ cake.
  • Each cake serves 9 – 1.5″x2″ cake slices. The cake and frosting flavor is vanilla. It can be stored in the refrigerator for one week after it is assembled or up to 1 month in the freezer.
  • Any children under age 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult.
  • Classes are BYOB. Small snacks and waters will be provided!
  • All tickets are final sale and non-refundable or transferable to another date. If you are unable to attend after purchase, you may gift your ticket to a friend.
  • Allergens & dietary restrictions: This class includes wheat, dairy, and eggs. We do offer a gluten-free option. Please note that foods are prepared in a kitchen that regularly uses most major allergens.
