VSCCWA Vintage Stampede
Regularity & Hill Climb
7th December 2025
The last event for 2025 is now here and you are invited to enter the VSCCWA Vintage Stampede and Hillclimb at CARCO Raceway. Wanneroo.
HILL CLIMB
The Hill Climb will be held on the short track at CARCO Raceway.
Timing will be conducted using the Dorrian timing system.
The Hill Climb will commence at 9:00am, with four runs scheduled, subject to the number of entries received.
Proposed Program Regularity / Hill Climb
There will be a compulsory driver briefing for all regularity competitors at 8:30am outside of McCracken House. There will most likely be four Regularity groups depending on entries, and practice will begin at 10.45am All vehicles complying with schedules A & B of the current Motorsport Australia manual will be eligible for entry.
Entry Lodgement
Entry lodgement will be on-line through Motorsport Australia Member Portal, via email to [email protected] or via post to VSCCWA Entries, PO Box 7277 Spearwood WA 6163.
Note: All Entry Fees MUST be paid prior to the commencement of the Event.
Any withdrawal made prior to the event closing date, will be entitled to a full refund if payment has been made. Withdrawals received after the entry closing date will incur a $50 fee. Any withdrawal received within the final 48-hour period will not be entitled to any credit or refund.
All Drivers/Entrants of vehicles not holding Motorsport Australia logbooks are required to lodge the following forms, via email with your entry to the Event Secretary prior to entry closing date.

Motorsport Australia “Self-Scrutiny Checklist Speed”
Regularity entries without the completed Declaration and Checklist WILL NOT be accepted.
ALL entrants of regularity vehicles MUST present their vehicle for scrutiny. In addition, your helmet and apparel, in compliance with Schedule D of the Motorsport Australia Manual, is to be presented for inspection. Your Motorsport Australia Licence, Club membership and log book (Motorsport Australia or otherwise) is to be produced at scrutiny and on request during the meeting.
Scrutiny Locations
Scrutiny for Regularity Competitors will be held on Saturday 22nd November between 8:00am and 11:00am at the VSCCWA Club Room Workshop Road Whiteman Park.
For Country competitors please advise if you are being Scrutinised on the day.
Log-booked automobiles will be examined throughout the competition as per the Motorsport Australia Targeted Scrutiny Program.
Random checks of entrant’s documentation and vehicles may be carried out prior to and during the event. Your Motorsport Australia Competition Licence, current Club membership and vehicle logbook must be produced on request from officials during the meeting.
Entries without the completed Declaration and Checklist WILL NOT be accepted.
The following attached forms or documents MUST be completed and submitted with your Entry Form.

Trophies will be presented at the VSCC end of year awards evening details to follow.
Entries CLOSE Sunday 23rd November, so get yours in early to be sure of a place!
