Vintage Espionage Cleveland, a Wine Tasting Event with an Espionage Twist

Join a sommelier and former CIA officer on Wednesday, 29 October 2025 from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM and hear real-life stories from exotic locales around the world while enjoying a blind wine tasting of two sparkling, two Chardonnay, and two Pinot Noir. Can you guess which are Old World wines and which are New World wines? All are welcome to try so gather your family, friends, visitors, neighbors, partners, etc... and join us! Must be 21.
For security reasons, your sommelier for the evening will remain encrypted, known only as DECANTER/1. She’s lived all around the world and is an expert in relationship building and persuasion, guiding you through a blind tasting of old-world and new-world wines. Together, you’ll assess and evaluate her selections the way a sommelier would.
Along the way, enjoy stories from a life on the front lines of intelligence operations from DECANTER/1. Be sure to bring your burning questions about wine and the world of spies!
