Create a stunning birdcage cake with hand-made flowers & leaves, pearl strings and a robin.
Over 2 Sundays (7/12, 14/12), make an amazing birdcage in your chosen colour scheme. You will use three rich fruit cakes to create the birdcage - then learn how to marzipan and ice to achieve a good shape and a lovely finish.
You will learn vintage roses, decorations and flowers, lacy butterflies, pearl strings (made - not a mould), sugar gun techniques, piping and then how to put it all together.
This is a fast-paced course, jam-packed with skills and techniques.
