VSA will see the Menomonie Blue Caps v. Sand Creek 9 in a 1860 vintage base ball match. This match will see both clubs in vintage clothing (no gloves, not invented yet), vintage equipment, period era lingo and rules. We will be joined by our arbiter, Bob Rogers, who will call fouls and swinging strikes while also fining any players who are ungentlemanly (no spitting, no swearing, no sweating). We will be playing the oldest version of the game in the newest possible facility. As we say, "the way the game was meant to be played.join the fun Saturday, January 11th at 11am!
