Vineyard Leadership: Foundations (beta 2)

We are excited that you have decided to apply to Vineyard Leadership: Foundations (Beta 2). Here is an overview for your review. This is our BETA version, meaning that we are in a testing and learning phase, and are excited that you are joining us in this initial run.

Please complete the following process:

1. Register and submit the $75 application fee, which helps offset the costs associated with the program. If your application is not accepted, all fees will be returned to you.
2. Upon completion of this application, you will receive an email from Adobe Sign asking for your signature and your pastor's signature, to acknowledge your understanding of this commitment.

*Please note: you must have a local church pastor who agrees to mentor you and participate in this program, as much of the mentoring and formation will be the responsibility of the local church pastor.
