Programme:
1. Journey of the Sounds of Music
1. The musical sound field is created using ancient musical instruments collected from four continents: the Native American shamanic drum, the Native American flute, the whistle, the rattlesnake, the Tibetan singing bowls, the Australian didgeridoo, the Eastern bells, and other musical instruments that have unique vibrations. The musical instruments are complemented by throat singing, also known as obertonic or soul singing.?️
During this musical spiritual ritual, one relaxes deeply and embarks on an experiential inner journey accompanied by wonderful images, sensations and even visions and epiphanies, answering the existential questions of who am I and what is my purpose on this planet, and how to find inner peace and happiness.
2. The practice of standing on the nails.
The practice of standing on the nails, the circle, is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or gender. It is suitable for both practitioners and beginners. We will all step and stand as one on the nail wheel.
What are the most important reasons why I should try or practice standing on nails?
Stimulating the active points on the soles of the feet is essential for everyone to achieve excellent health and vitality. It can significantly improve health, boost immunity, get rid of the feeling of malaise and fully "reboot" the body.
Activating the points on the soles of the feet stimulates the movement of blood and lymph, redirects energy flows, removes stagnation and activates the work of organs, systems and the bone marrow, at the level of the cells.
Healthy, safe, non-traditional, alternative medicine that still works well today.
The desire to experience and learn something new that you have not seen before, thus expanding your possibilities. An exceptional tool and an opportunity to become more aware of yourself, to get to know yourself in a more fundamental way.
3. The drum circle.
Shamanic drum rhythms help people to regain the rhythm dictated by the universe and to feel in harmony with nature.
For thousands of years, American Indians have used drums to harmonise the body and mind, improve well-being and enhance health.
This method encompasses several aspects - physical, psychological and spiritual. For some, the sounds bring them to a deep state of consciousness and beautiful images, for others, the sounds release emotions, and for still others, it is a joyful and enlightening experience. That's the wonderful thing about it - each time the experience can be different. This meditation is accessible to everyone, you just need to sit comfortably, close your eyes and relax. It is opening to the experience without preconceptions and judgements that allows you to receive the sound, to go deep into it, to feel it, to be here and now. It allows the thoughts that come to you to come in and not be judged. There is no right or wrong experience here - each experience is unique and shows us where we are now and what is happening in our lives", it is important to be open to a new experience.
See you later,
Aho! ?
