About this Event
The Redding Parks and Trails Foundation's annual, signature fundraiser, Vine & Dine for Parks, has grown into a vibrant community event that offers a unique opportunity to share the Foundation's mission and vision, raise essential funding for park, trail, and open space projects, and highlight the delectable talents of local chefs and restaurants. Previous Vine & Dine for Parks events have sold out ahead of the event date and we hope to continue this trend in 2024!
The 2024 Vine & Dine for Parks beneficiary will be the “Reimaging South City Park Project”! South City Park is a cherished Redding icon which has unfortunately had to be shuttered for the last 3 years due to unsafe conditions. Following extensive community engagement and City Council approval last year, the project is now moving forward.
The Redding Parks and Trails Foundation is proud to be a partner with the City of Redding in securing grant funding to finance this important project. Our partnership means we have committed to raising $20,000 this year!
We hope you will join us in supporting the Reimagining South City Park Project at the 2024 Vine & Dine for Parks! It will be an extraordinary evening with fantastic food, wine, beer, a silent auction, and the enthusiasm of passionate park supporters!
